How does Meridian differ from a traditional concierge?

Most concierge services are a call center routing requests to vendors. We are an American firm of 64 people — pilots, hoteliers, sommeliers, former Secret Service agents — operating one private line per member.

What is your average response time?

Our most recent quarterly audit measured 47 seconds from member call to a director answering by name. After hours: 62 seconds.

Do you operate outside the United States?

Carlyle (Tier III) members receive coordination through partner desks in London, Tokyo, and Dubai. Park Avenue and Madison tiers are domestic only — by design.

How do I become a member?

Submit a request below. A partner will reach out within 72 hours to schedule a 30-minute interview, in person where possible, by phone otherwise.

Is membership confidential?

Always. We do not publish a member directory, do not share names with vendors, and operate under signed NDAs with every staff member, partner, and supplier.
